Timeliness is the cornerstone of our business. We don’t want to give you a time window that you have to wait for us, to get your initial installation done. We will schedule a set time for your install and will ensure to arrive 15-20 minutes early. In the case of service calls, we will call you within 1 hour of receiving your service request, unless you called in, then we answer right away. If a technician needs to be dispatched, they will arrive within 4 hours of the initial email or phone call, but usually it is much sooner. The tech will call you when they are on their way to you, so you don’t have to wait around for someone to run through your door, if you have other things to attend to. You can count on us to arrive on time every single time.
We don’t just tell you to trust us and hope that you believe it. Trust is built over time, but we have built a framework that shows that can help you trust us right from the start. Our technicians all go through the same training process, ensuring that they know every piece of equipment that they may install or troubleshoot from the ground up. Furthermore, all of our technicians are required to hold valid security clearances, your security is important to us, that’s why we took it a step further. Our technicians also go through all the safety training that we choose for them to make sure they are not only trustworthy on the job, but also safe while performing all the work.
During an install or service call, cleanliness is important to us. We don’t want you to have to hire a cleaning crew, just because something was installed in your building. We will clean up after ourselves during the install, and will do a complete clean of all the areas that we worked in after we are done. That way we make sure nothing was forgotten and everything looks as it should. All your areas will be left as we initially found them, so you don’t have to worry about cleaning up after us, we take care of that.
Learning a new technology can be very frustrating. Security equipment is part of that conundrum. We will walk you through all your new equipment and will sit with you until you are 100% sure you are ready to use the equipment. If you have any questions in the future we are only a single call away, and our online tutorials can also help you paint a better understanding of something that you may have forgotten over time. When calling in, we will ensure to attend to you right away, and will make sure you understand what we are telling you. We do also offer remote support programs that we recommend, so we can help you from our office without having to dispatch a technician.
